I wrote up a little piece on the history of VectorStar, which will be updated from here on out. A lot of the stuff even I forgot until I started writing it down. :) It will probably be updated with lots of things as the rest of the staff get to read it.

VectorStar was upgraded to either a 1.1gb Western Digital IDE drive. In fact, it's sitting on a table in my server room right now.

That's right... wasn't it running a quantum 250mb IDE initially or something like that? maybe a maxtor 524mb? man, that was a looong time ago.

sweet... i'm just happy my name got in the history books of VectorStar. Oh, and Laird... no joke about coming out with the name. I think I went through the dictionary like 4 times looking for a companion word for "vector". :) Ahh yes, those were the days when I could spend time on stuff as pointless as that :)

oh shits, my bad.
