| The web server was down for a while today. It is due to how the web server starts and stops. Basically, it's buggy. There's an inherent race condition which can cause the server to fail to start.
There's a way around it (which we are now using), which has some annoying side effects (not always acknowledging changes in configuration)... All in all, it shouldn't affect anyone to any noticeable degree. It's mostly an administrative annoyance for me, more than anything else. | |
