Damn I hate viruses

So anyway, I received a virus over email the other day and it made me think back a little. Only about 5 or 6 people actually have this address. The only other place that my address could have been grabbed from is these message boards.

I'm a pretty reasonable guy, but nothing annoys me more than getting a virus over email or in any fashion for that matter. Luckily I knew better than to open it up, but obviously someone didn't.

In the long run, I guess it's not that big a deal. I did respond to the sender a couple of times with some nice comments and if he is a member of VectorStar I'm sure he's heard plenty from everyone else by now. I just thought that most of our members had a decent set of sk33lz. I know our wonderful providers do. Best to ya stale, marasmus and vahman. Thanks for the great service.

I was informed that this virus actually will go beyond reading address book entries, but also reads internet cache. I sure hope so, cause it'd be pretty strange for someone to just add email address to their address book of people they don't even know. Unless they were a spammer of course.

So if anyone actually knows who this was, I thought we all might be able pitch in and help him/her out with their sk33lz. Here are just a few ideas.

I think that said person should win a prize. Out of all the years that I've used a computer, he's absolutely the first person to ever email me a virus. Mad props to you, pondera, er I mean 'anonymous'.

I don't sit in front of the computer 24/7 with my dick in my hand like the rest of you so I don't have that "haxor" radar. I haven't watched Hackers as many times as you. OHWORM, after a quick evaluation of the situation, I've come to the conclusion that you're actually not worth any of my time. Maybe if you could properly form a sentence your insult would've been more effective. Thanks for trying :)
