'Toine: dry cereal, like honey-nut cheerios. also drink spring water and some sort of cranberry-related juice-drink. just don't have them at the same time.

Obrien: chicken soup and some sort of cranberry-related juice-drink. also, don't let yourself take naps. only sleep in long, 8+ hour blocks. continuous sleep is important to healing.
