| We just got a call from my mother's cousin John, John's father Harlod passed on today. I only met my great uncle john once. my family was staying up in Mertle Creek, Oregon for a vist to him and his wife helen. I think I was eight. He taught me how to skateboard, and promised to teach me how to fish one day. My GreatAunt helen passed on last summer, I believe. I'm glad that Uncle Harold can now join her, I'm just sad that I only got to meet them once. The funeral is Saturday at 11am.. I have a feeling we'll be going. I hope we will. Even if I only met him once, he still was the only Uncle I actually liked, I have plenty I don't. | |
