I forgot what it's like. 2005-08-30 22:04:48

For anyone who knows me, here's a little update on what I've been doing. A week and a half ago I was discharged from the Marine Corps because of some knee and ankle problems I have. I didn't go to Iraq or really do anything besides learn Korean. Can't complain, though; I got a security clearance, a language, and 54 college credits out of it. Now that I'm out, though, I have to look for a job. It's not going so well. Maybe I should be a stylish bike courier:

Well, the good news is that I think I've found a job here, unless I find something better in Canada. It's only temporary most likely, but still long enough to save some money. I'd be working with sex offenders at a mental hospital. As far as free time, if they're behaving well enough I get to take them out to movies. NICE. How's that to put on a resume?
