Grab cgilib here:

edit cgitest.c line 16 - escape the quotes around Library

Grab libfreetype here:
http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/pub/libs/freetype-2.1.10.tar.bz2
./configure --prefix=/usr --localstatedir=/var --sysconfdir=/etc
make
make install


Grab the latest RRDTool from here:
http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/download.en.html
./configure
make
make install


Grab the latest NRG from here:
ftp://noc.hep.wisc.edu/pub/src/nrg/
