Someone at sample.hostnoc.net wrote the original patch for this. I didn't like
the patch at localhost.nl and thought this one was a better way of solving the
problem of suexec PHP.
So I tweaked away at this script and got it running the way I wanted it. Enjoy.
This patch has been tested against 1.3.27 through 1.3.31, 2.0.52 through 2.0.55.
